This stainless steel welding neck flange is manufactured in strict accordance with ASME B16.5, using A182 F321 stainless steel, with pressure rating Class 900# and full size range DN15 to DN600.
F321 is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, high-temperature oxidation and creep strength. It is widely used in high-temperature, high-pressure and corrosive pipeline systems.
The welding neck (WN) design ensures high structural strength, smooth flow transition and reliable welding performance, effectively reducing stress concentration and improving pipeline stability under high pressure.
